Our MOQ varies by product. For most labels and hang tags, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. For buttons and trims, it starts at 500 pieces. For eco packaging, MOQ is typically 500 units. We can discuss lower quantities for sample or trial orders — just get in touch and we’ll find a solution that works for you.
Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days after sample approval and payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on destination — typically 7–14 days for Europe/USA via air freight, or 25–35 days via sea freight. Rush orders can be arranged — contact us to discuss your deadline.
Yes, we always recommend requesting samples before bulk production. Development samples are available for a nominal charge (refunded on bulk orders above a certain value). Physical samples can be shipped worldwide. Simply fill in the contact form and select “Request Samples.”
We hold GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, FSC, Bluesign, and ISO 9001 certifications. Most of our products can be supplied with the relevant certification documentation your buyers or auditors require. Absolutely. Custom design is one of our core strengths. We work with your artwork, brand guidelines, and specific material requirements to create accessories that are uniquely yours. Our in-house design team can also create concepts from scratch if needed — just share your brand brief.
We accept bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), and other trade finance instruments for larger orders. Typical payment terms are 30–50% advance with balance before shipment or against documents.
